We understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned or exchanged. Below you’ll find our guidelines, requirements, and important information regarding returns
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items that are custom-made, personalized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us directly.
Customers may be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on:
• Gift Cards
• Sample Sets
• Specialty Lighters (or any equivalent items you may want to rename for Holistic Miel)
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping fees may not be refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us to begin the process.
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will proceed with the exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
